Mint Sold Out to Bottom keeps sold-out products at the end of your collections, puts them back in their place when they're in stock, and keeps your own order or sort for everything else. Turn it off and every collection is restored exactly.

When a product can't be bought any more, it moves after the available products in the collections you choose. Stock changes are picked up from Shopify within a minute or two.
When a product is in stock again it returns to where it was, not to the end of the available products. Products that sell out together keep their order among themselves.
Manual collections keep your arrangement, including changes you make later by dragging. Collections sorted by Best selling, Newest, Price or A–Z keep that order for everything that's available.
Before it changes a collection, the app saves its product order and sort setting. Remove a collection or turn the app off and both come back exactly as they were.
Collections of up to 25,000 products are read in pages and moved in batches, within Shopify's rate limits. Only the products that need to move are moved.
Always move tagged products last (discontinued), never move others (pre-order). Optionally hide sold-out products from your online store and show them again when they're back.

Questions merchants ask
What counts as sold out?
A product counts as sold out when none of its variants can be bought, the same check Shopify uses for its Sold out label. Variants that don't track inventory, or that keep selling when out of stock, count as available, so those products are never moved.
My collection is sorted by Best selling. What happens to that?
Shopify only lets apps place products in collections that are sorted manually, so the app switches the collection's sort to Manual and keeps your original sort as the base order: available products are placed in Shopify's own Best selling (or Newest, Price, A–Z) order on every update, with sold-out products after them. Best-selling order is refreshed at least every 6 hours. When you remove the collection or turn the app off, the app puts back the earlier product positions and switches the sort back to Best selling.
Can I still drag products in a manual collection?
Yes. The app notices when you rearrange a collection in Shopify and keeps your new order; products it moved to the end keep their place for when they're back in stock.
What if a shopper picks a different sort on my store?
The app sets each collection's default order, which is what shoppers see unless they choose another sort (like Price, low to high) in your theme's sort menu. Shopify then applies that sort.
What happens when I uninstall?
Turn the app off first (Settings → Turn off and restore all collections): it puts every collection's order and sort setting back and shows any hidden products again. Shopify removes an app's access the moment it's uninstalled, so after that no app can change your collections back.
Does it change my theme?
No. The app only changes the order of products inside collections (and, if you turn hiding on, whether a sold-out product is published to the Online Store). Nothing is added to your theme or storefront code.
